Life has given me many uniforms to wear—from serving with the Special Forces and the President's Bodyguard to representing India at the World Medical and Health Games, where I was blessed to win five gold medals in athletics. But beyond all these roles, what truly defines me is a simple belief: the human mind is far stronger and more flexible than we think. My journey taught me that real strength doesn't come from muscles alone—it comes from discipline, focus, and the right mindset. That's what inspired me to write my book, The Graphene Mentality. Just like graphene—the world's strongest yet most flexible material—I believe our minds too can become unbreakable yet adaptable enough to thrive in today's world of endless distractions and disruptions. Through my work, I want to share the lessons I've learned on the ground, on the track, and in uniform—so that you too can push past limits, sharpen your focus, and discover what you're truly capable of. Because if there's one thing my journey has shown me—it's that extraordinary results come from an ordinary person who simply refuses to quit.
